Pricing Policies

The prices shown on this Site are the retail prices. Applicable taxes are not included in the prices displayed and are added at the time of purchase.

Due to the fluctuation of the market, Filosofia reserves the right to modify at any time, without prior notice, the prices of the products offered on its Site.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees for orders under $100 are $5.00 plus tax. Orders of $100 or more receive free shipping.

Order confirmation

Once you place an order through our Site, you will receive an e-mail confirming reception of your order. It is strongly recommended that you keep this e-mail as it is your proof of purchase and will be requested in case of any problems.

Product availability

Filosofia ensures that a sufficient quantity of the products displayed on its Site is available. However, Filosofia cannot guarantee that all products are available.

Filosofia will not be held responsible for any product that is out of stock.

If Filosofia is unable to ship a product ordered through the Site within the next 30 days following the moment the order was placed, a message will be sent, either by e-mail or phone, to the customer. In this case, any sum debited by Filosofia on the customer’s credit card regarding these products (including taxes and shipping fees) will be credited as soon as possible.

Filosofia reserves the right to limit quantities ordered through its Site.

Payment policies

The total amount of your order must be paid by credit card (Visa or Master Card only) at the time of purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the billing information you enter, including your address and your credit card information, is accurate and up to date. You also agree to send us any changes to your billing information.

Refund and replacement of a defective product

Filosofia does not refund any purchases made. All sales are final.

If your product is defective, you must communicate with Filosofia within SEVEN (7) days following the reception date, to let Filosofia know of the nature of the defect. It is important that you include your tracking number with this communication. Filosofia will replace or exchange the defective product or its pieces, free of charge, within a reasonable amount of time once the request is received.

Shipping and risk of loss

Products are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer.

In the event where it is impossible to ship the products to you, the customer, the carrier will return the merchandise to Filosofia at your expense.

All products purchased from Filosofia are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Other matters

These policies constitute the agreement between Filosofia and the users of this Site regarding the use of this Site. If Filosofia fails to enforce any part of this agreement, this does not mean in any way that it renounces any parts of this agreement. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
